1.2 We may not control who uses the Platform, so it's up to you to assess whether your use of the Platform complies with local laws and regulations. When using our Platform, you must comply with the terms of this Agreement and any applicable law, regulation, and policy. If any part of the Platform does not comply with local laws, you may not be able to use the Site and Services. Such Service will be considered 'unavailable in your region'.
(B) Scope of Services
1.3 WorldGlobeTracking.com operates a Platform through which registered Users can request information about the location of a package by providing the associated package number. Location information is provided by carriers, so we can only relay this information.
1.4 WorldGlobeTracking.com cannot guarantee or assure that the Services will meet your requirements or be available uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. WorldGlobeTracking.com cannot and does not warrant that its Services will be operational 100% of the time. Services may be inactive (i) for scheduled maintenance, (ii) due to force majeure events, (iii) for specific Users due to account suspension or termination, (iv) internet issues outside the control of WorldGlobeTracking.com, (v) code, hardware, or Services errors without a commercially known solution.
1.5 WorldGlobeTracking.com is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, quality, or suitability of any location information transmitted through the Services. WorldGlobeTracking.com acts as a passive conduit for the transmission and distribution of available information. The accuracy of location information depends on many factors, primarily on the device owner's consent to share their location information. Depending on available technology, location may be inaccurate to a greater extent. WorldGlobeTracking.com is not liable for any inaccuracies, and any information provided through the Platform is solely for entertainment purposes and should never be considered reliable.
1.7 You understand that it is your responsibility to keep your login information confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account. If you discover or suspect that someone has accessed your account without authorization, you are advised to inform us immediately.
(D) Subscription Period
1.8 Users may choose the duration of their Subscription Period from the options available on the Site. The Subscription Period starts on the Effective Date and ends on the same day of the month as the selected Subscription Period duration expires. If the month in which the Subscription Period expires does not have a date that matches the Effective Date, the Subscription Period will end on the last day of that month. If the Subscription Period is calculated in hours, the Subscription Period will expire after all hours of the selected Subscription Period have elapsed.
1.9 The Subscription Period will automatically renew at the end of the current Subscription Period. The renewed Subscription Period will default to the same duration as the current Subscription Period, except in the case of a special promotional Subscription Period. After the expiration of the promotional Subscription Period, your subscription will automatically switch to a regular subscription with the shortest regular Subscription Period available. The Subscription Fee for the Renewed Subscription Period will be calculated based on the prices that were in effect ten (10) days before the expiration of the current Subscription Period. If you wish to stop using our Services, you may cancel your account or disable the automatic renewal option in your User account before the current Subscription Period expires.
(E) Acceptable Use
1.10 You agree not to misuse our Services. Misuse constitutes any use, access, or interference with the Site or Service in contravention of this Agreement, our privacy policy, and applicable laws and regulations. We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Site and Services to any User, without notice or need for deliberation on the reasons for such action. We reserve the right to deny Services to any person at any time. While using our Services, you will not act contrary to the Terms, Policies, applicable laws, and regulations, and in particular will not do any of the following actions:
(1) send or post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) through the Site;
(2) collect content or information of Site users, or access the Site, using automated means (such as collection bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our permission;
(3) upload viruses or other malicious code;
(4) post or transmit content that is unlawful, hateful, obscene, threatening, incites violence, is insulting, defamatory, infringes intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable to third parties;

2. Intellectual Property
(A) Ownership Rights

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed or intended as a transfer of such intellectual property rights to you or any other third party.
2.2 Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Platform provided by WorldGlobeTracking.com, within the scope of your subscription package. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not: copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Services; distribute, transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the Services to any third party; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services; or make the functionality of the Services available to multiple users through any means.
(B) Confidential Information
2.3 During the term of this Agreement, Users may be required to provide or voluntarily provide certain Confidential Information to WorldGlobeTracking.com, and WorldGlobeTracking.com may disclose certain Confidential Information to Users. In connection with such information, both parties hereby agree to (i) keep the Confidential Information strictly confidential, (ii) take all reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of the Confidential Information, (iii) not disclose or make available the Confidential Information to any third party without obtaining prior written consent, (iv) use the Confidential Information only for the intended purposes, (v) return all Confidential Information and any copy, excerpt, or derivative work resulting from the Confidential Information upon written request or upon termination of the Agreement, and destroy or delete all remaining copies of the Confidential Information, regardless of the form or medium in which the Confidential Information is stored.
(C) Notification of Infringement
2.4 If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide the following information to the Copyright Agent of the Site:
(1) An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright holder or other intellectual property interest;
(2) A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;
(3) A description of where the infringing material is located on the Site;

3. Payment and Prices
3.1 All prices for the Services listed are available on the Site and are calculated when you choose to subscribe on the Site. All prices are displayed with VAT and other applicable taxes included. If the Service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or a system error, we reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders placed for Services listed at the incorrect price. If the payment of the incorrect price has already been made, we will refund the same amount upon cancellation.
3.2 When you subscribe on the Site, you can choose the payment method. If you are paying by credit card, you must provide valid and current information necessary to process the payment. You agree and authorize us to charge your credit card for all fees payable during your Subscription Period.
3.3 The Subscription Fee is calculated at the time of submitting the registration on the Site. The Subscription Fee for the current Subscription Period will not be affected by changes in the price of the Service as described in Article 4.5 of this Agreement.
3.4 If for any reason we cannot process the payment, your subscription will be terminated immediately.
3.5 We reserve the right to change prices at any time with notice to current active Users. Such changes will not affect the current Subscription Period of the user. Prices that were in effect ten (10) days before the subscription renewal will apply to the payment of the renewed Subscription Period.
4. Third Party Services
4.1 Services may be available or accessible in connection with third-party services and content (including advertising) that WorldGlobeTracking.com does not control. You acknowledge that different Terms of Service and privacy policies may apply to your use of such third-party services and content. WorldGlobeTracking.com does not endorse such third-party services and content, and in no event shall WorldGlobeTracking.com be liable for any products or services of such third-party providers.
4.2 Use of the Services may incur additional costs that are not charged by us. These costs may include charges from your carrier for sending or receiving SMS messages. We are not responsible for such costs, and you understand and agree to bear such costs.
5. Cancellation
5.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time, without prior notice and without penalty, simply by deactivating your account in your account settings. Upon deactivation, your subscription will terminate immediately. When you choose to cancel your subscription, we will stop billing you for future monthly fees until you resubscribe to the Services. You will be notified by email upon successful cancellation of your subscription.
5.2 You understand and agree that the fee for the Subscription Period is due and payable at the beginning of each individual Subscription Period and that no refund or credit will be provided for any unused portion of the Subscription Period.

6. Refund
6.1 If you are not satisfied with the Services, please contact us at help@worldglobetracking.com. You may be eligible for a refund if you cancel your subscription within fourteen (14) days of your initial enrollment in the monthly subscription plan.
6.2 No refund will be provided for Subscription Periods calculated in hours. If your initial subscription was calculated in hours and you switched to a monthly subscription, the 14-day period is calculated from the time of the switch to the monthly subscription.
6.3 Refund can only cover your last payment made to us. Refunds beyond the 14-day purchase window will be considered, at our sole discretion, only if the User can demonstrate that the Service was not available or usable during the Subscription Period and reasonable attempts were made to contact us to resolve the issue. In this case, WorldGlobeTracking.com may provide the User with a prorated refund of Service fees paid during the period when the Service was not available or usable.
7. Indemnification
7.1 You will indemnify and hold WorldGlobeTracking.com, and its employees and affiliates, harmless from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising in any way from your access or use of the Site and our Services, the content you provide, or your violation of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 YOU AGREE THAT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY PROBLEM OR DISSATISFACTION WITH WORLDGLOBETRACKING.COM'S SERVICE IS TO STOP USING WORLDGLOBETRACKING.COM'S SERVICES.
8.2 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WORLDGLOBETRACKING.COM, ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, SHAREHOLDERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, SUPPLIERS, ASSIGNEES, OR LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS OR USE OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE WORLDGLOBETRACKING.COM'S SERVICES, THIRD-PARTY APPLICATIONS, OR THIRD-PARTY APPLICATION CONTENT, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WORLDGLOBETRACKING.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL WORLDGLOBETRACKING.COM'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO WORLDGLOBETRACKING.COM, IF ANY, IN THE LAST MONTH FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
8.3 WorldGlobeTracking.com, its employees, agents, and directors accept no liability and you hereby release us from any liability arising (whether directly or indirectly) from the information provided through the Services, or from any error or omission in such information. WorldGlobeTracking.com is not responsible for loss (whether direct or indirect) caused by your actions or decisions based on your reliance on information provided through the Services, nor caused by the delay, malfunction, or availability of the Services. Although we strive for accuracy in the Content we provide through the Platform, we make no warranty or representation as to the accuracy and precision of such Content.
9. Changes
9.1 WORLDGLOBETRACKING.COM MAY MAKE CHANGES OR REPLACE OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME. WE WILL POST SUCH CHANGES, REPLACEMENTS, AND UPDATES ON THE SITE AND NOTIFY BY EMAIL WHEN POSSIBLE, AND SUCH CHANGE, REPLACEMENT, AND UPDATE OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT SHALL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING. CHANGES IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE WILL NOT AFFECT ALREADY PAID SUBSCRIPTION PERIODS. YOU AGREE TO KEEP YOURSELF UPDATED WITH THE LATEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT POSTED AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY SUCH CHANGE, REPLACEMENT, AND UPDATE IF YOU ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICE AFTER IT HAS BEEN POSTED ON OUR SITE. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT APPLIES IRRESPECTIVE OF THE DEVICE OR OPERATING SYSTEM FROM WHICH YOU ACCESS OUR SERVICES.
10. Laws and Choice of Jurisdiction
10.1 This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of ANDORRA, without regard to its provisions on conflict of laws and excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. You agree that if you have any dispute with worldglobetracking.com, you will contact us to resolve it through negotiations and mutual understanding. If a solution cannot be reached through negotiations, you agree and submit to the jurisdiction of Andorran law. These legal terms and conditions shall be governed, construed, and executed in accordance with Andorran law, so the user shall waive their own jurisdiction and submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts of Andorra (Andorra), regardless of any legal provision.
11. Final Provisions
11.1 If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of the rest of the Terms.
11.2 Section titles in the Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
11.3 Failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
11.4 Neither Party may assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement to a third party without obtaining prior written consent, except to successors in the event of a merger, sale, or liquidation of the Party.
12. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy
12.1 No refund request for a Subscription is permitted if received after the expiration of a fourteen (14) day period from the initial Subscription to the Services.
12.2 All refund requests prior to the fourteen (14) day period may be made by phone or email through our customer service department. The customer service department will respond within 24 hours, and refunds will be processed within 72 hours.
